NATHAN PERRY
Nathan was born and raised in Eastern North Carolina with a passion for real estate. He graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in Business in 2011.

RANDY BLEDSOE
Randy Bledsoe, EdD is a Realtor with Nathan Perry Realty. Randy retired from the education system after completing 38 years. He lives in La Grange and is ready to assist with any of your real estate needs!!
COLBY MCLAWHORN
Colby graduated from Pitt Community College in 2020 and is a Realtor at Nathan Perry Realty and a Property Manager at Tarheel Property Management of ENC. Colby is proud to call Kinston home and is motivated to help assist you in buying or selling!

Matt Pollock
Born and raised in Kinston, Matt graduated from North Carolina State University in 2008 and
has devoted his entire professional career to the real estate industry. After obtaining his real
estate license in 2012, he worked as an agent at a commercial real estate firm in Raleigh. Most
recently, Matt worked as construction superintendent, property manager as well as a real
estate agent and he looks forward to working with you on your real estate needs.
